Web & Interactive Media Professional (WIMP) is hosting an event at the Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster on April 6th 2013 from 12:00pm - 6:00pm. The event, dubbed "Wimp Gives", is produced by Sonoma County’s most reputable group of Internet Industry professionals. It offers opportunities to WIMP members to join a team of fellow website building pros and partners them with local non-profits with a mission of building them a new website from the ground up in just one day! Additionally, the event also hopes to provide higher visibility to some of the up and coming and lesser known non-profits in the area.
Vista Broadband, in its ongoing support of the Sonoma County Business Cluster, is proud to be a sponsor of WIMP Gives and will be providing free high speed Internet access and WiFi coverage during the event. As part of the WIMP Gives event, each website will be judged and the winner will be awarded free web hosting at Vista Broadband for life!

Vista Broadband Completes Network Capacity Upgrades in Dry Creek & Marin County

Vista Broadband has completed increasing its network capacity at our main infrastructure sites in Healdsburg. In addition to expanding our capacity in Healdsburg we have also fortified/upgraded the main path and backups throughout Dry Creek Valley. In addition to the upgrades done in Healdsburg, Vista has also upgraded our network capacity in Marin County.

Although, this is the second year of this annual event, this is the first year that the event will be web-casted live. This groundbreaking live web-cast will allow curious observers, art enthusiasts, music fans, and race aficionados from across the world to bear witness to this unique event.
The 2009 Hand-Car Regatta & Exposition includes a variety of activities including Hand-Built Railcar Races, Arts, Performances, Live Music, Crafts, Fine Foods, Costumes & more! This exciting celebration can be viewed via live web-cast at the Community Media Center of Santa Rosa website www.communitymedia.org from 11am to 6pm on Sunday September 27th, 2009.
