Whether you go for the rides, races, flower show, animals, or the showcase booths at Grace Pavilion; there is something for everyone to enjoy at the Sonoma County Fair! Vista will be providing its premium high-speed wireless Internet for fair staff to use at key ticket scanning locations as well as bandwidth for KZSTs live broadcast.

IRLP operates a worldwide network of dedicated servers and nodes offering very stable worldwide voice communications between hundreds of towns and cities. All this with unsurpassed uptimes and the full dynamic range of telephone quality audio. This network is a huge resource for emergency communications, disaster recovery, etc. Vista participates by donating the Internet connection feeding one of the main Santa Rosa nodes.

KZST's Secret Santa Program

KZST's Secret Santa Program

Vista has been the exclusive Internet provider for KZST's Secret Santa Program for the past 5 years. This program helps in-need children, families, and elderly of Sonoma County during the holiday season. Vista's dynamic, remote connections allow KZST to provide live webcam images and Brent Farris' audio stream to the studio from the middle of the Coddingtown mall during their 28 hour broadcast every year.

The Press Democrat is able to provide their Hwy. 101 webcam, which provides North Bay residents with a live view of the 101 corridor via the Internet, through a Vista connection.

Vista Broadband has participated in the Sonoma County Human Race for the past several years. In addition to our partnership with the Pacific Clearstream Media Group which produces a live webcast of the race's start, in 2006 we provided our own live webcast of the finish line as well as a photofinish camera.

In conjunction with the Community Media Group, Vista donates highly mobile ultra-fast Internet connectivity to produce live webcasts of the telethon, which benefits approximately 30,000 students in 43 Santa Rosa schools.
